How to apply for an Airsoft Team Sponsorship from AirSplat:
Step 1. Once you have reviewed the criteria, fill out this application and mail or fax to:

Step 2. Ensure that The Team meets all of the requirements listed in this application. If you Team does not meet the criteria, your application will be not be reviewed for sponsorship.
i. The Team must have a minimum of 5 players on their roster, which must be submitted to AirSplat. Teams will only be allowed to make two changes to roster for the year.
ii. The Team must compete in at least four (4) Tournaments during the sponsorship year. The Team must commit to competing in at least two (2) events before June 1st and at least two (2) events after June 1st. The Team must provide a list of tournaments they plan to attend during the season with their sponsorship application.
iii. The Team must play on a regular basis of at least once a month, for a total of 12 in a year, in a public arena or field with other participating teams or individuals who are not of the same team. The four tournaments from paragraph ii can be included in total count. This list along with pictures and awards must be supplied to AirSplat at the end of the sponsorship year
iv. The TEAM must be able to provide copy of identification of full name, addresses, date of births (if under 16 yrs of age, a copy of passport will suffice; if over 16 yrs of age, a driver’s license is needed or if not available, some form of official documentation with the above listed information along with a picture)
v. The TEAM agrees not to promote ANY products, fields, websites, or stores of AirSplat’s competitors. This includes other airsoft Retailer’s online or retail storefronts.
vi. The Team must have their own team website which displays our banner (located at
www.airsplat.com/Images/airsplat.gif) on all pages (cannot be a personal or individual personal website) for the entire duration of tryouts. This banner must link to
http://www.airsplat.com/sponsorship.htm vii. We require that an adult of at least 18 years be responsible for The Team, the members, the performance and the overall actions of the Team. This adult will be responsible for the terms of the Sponsorship Agreement.
Step 3. Once we have received and reviewed your application, we will contact the Team Captain with your coupon code for you to use for the next 3 months during try outs. This coupon will be for a $20 discount for orders over $150. Coupon not valid with other coupons or promtions
Step 4. Each team will be evaluated based on the number of orders placed with this coupon code. When you or your team promote AirSplat and encourage people place orders with AirSplat, please have them use this coupon code, regardless of the order amount, to give you credit for the order.
Step 5. Other factors that will affect your application: number of players, strength of team, stability of team, experience, tournament/event plans for the remainder of the year, etc. Although, these are factors, all teams are encouraged to apply.
